Boylesports history.
After losing a job as a bread delivery man, John Boyle started Boylesports in 1989. His timing was perfect. It positioned the company to capitalise on increased public interest in betting generally and on the explosion in online betting that was to follow soon after.
By 2004, Boylesports already had 77 betting shops and its internet business was booming. Since then, it has continued to expand, acquiring new shops and adding games, casino, poker, bingo and virtual racing to its online offering.
In 2011, Boylesports acquired 17 betting shops from Celtic Bookmakers and another 15 from William Hill – bringing its total to 182 shops and, at that time, making it the largest independent bookmaker in Ireland.
Boylesports is a significant sponsor of sporting events in both Ireland and the UK. In a move that helped it gain a foothold with UK football fans, the company sponsored Sunderland A.F.C. in the Premier League from 2007 through to 2011. It also served as the “official online gaming partner” for Aston Villa F.C. in the 2008/09 season, and for the Football Association of Ireland, from 2008 to 2013.
On the poker front, Boylesports has also been using sponsorships and events to make a name for itself. Since 2008, it has been responsible for organising the International Poker Open, which is the largest live poker event in Europe. The event, which is hosted in Dublin, typically attracts over 1,400 players, including the likes of Nicky Power, Padraig Parkinson and John O'Shea.
There are teams that will pack the box or hunker down and just drop everyone back to try to play for a draw – they call it parking the bus. Jose Mourinho would often do this once his team scored. It’s tough to break through teams that play like this, but it’s possible. Ideally you want to catch them on the counter or draw them into fouling you and win free kicks. But you also don’t want to get frustrated and force the play and have them counter against you.How to Tackle in Soccer.Just as an offensive player makes feints, you as the defender can also act like you are going to go for the ball to put the offensive player off balance and then win the ball when they least expect it.When you have cover, or are confident, you can win the ball and look to make a tackle! Either going in with the inside of the foot to knock the ball away and try to win possession at the same time or poke the ball away. When making a tackle make sure you have a strong presence and are in a well balanced position.10. If support is behind, increase pressure and look to win the ball.
9. Work to keep the ball in front of you – it’s fine to let an attacker have the ball with his back turned to you away from goal. No need to foul. One of the best defender in the game today is Liverpool’s Virgil van Dijk, who’s making the sliding tackle in the image above. Yes, perhaps this tackle is a big strong, what with Virgil van Dijik’s cleats up and all! But there are times when you have to make a statement tackle and motivate your team!5. Be prepared to move backwards and or to the side quickly.14. Play hard and with intensity – don’t give up even if you get beat, track back towards the goal.
Again though, try to pick out a defender you admire to model your defensive game after. Perhaps it’s Barcelona’s Gerard Pique or Chelsea’s John Terry. Awesemo started playing daily fantasy sports in 2013 and never looked back. After graduating with a degree in mathematics, Awesemo began developing advanced statistical models and applied his unique skill-set first to poker, then as a full-time DFS player. He has since dominated DFS, becoming a fixture on leaderboards and cementing his position as the top-ranked overall player.Awesemo’s isn’t that high on New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley against the Detroit Lions, giving him a B grade for points and a C grade for value. Barkley showed no ill-effects from his high-ankle sprain that kept him out for two week and was on the field for all 61 of the Giants offensive snaps last week, but this is a tough matchup on the road against the Detroit Lions.Hey! Come on over to the Awesemo YouTube Channel and check out all of our live shows. We have LIVE NFL DFS Strategy Shows every single day of the week. Week 8 Lineup Construction starts at 11 ET on Friday! So come and join the Awesemo team and sign up HERE . Use promo code FROMTHESLOT for half off your first week or month!
October 23, 2019.One of Awesemo’s top Week 8 NFL DFS Picks is Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette , who’s $7,800 on DraftKings and $7,700 on FanDuel. He’s averaging over 20 carries per game this season and is one of only three running backs in the NFL with a snap count share above 90% (only three above 80% too!). Fournette also getting loads of work in the passing game with six targets per game. In Week 8, Fournette gets one of the best matchups around with a game against the Jets and their 27th-ranked fantasy run defense. He’s going to be a core player in Awesemo’s Week 8 NFL DFS GPP lineups this Sunday on DraftKings & FanDuel.Competing in most guaranteed prize pool tournaments, he has ranked in the top-three across major sports, including NBA, NFL, NHL, PGA, and MLB. He enjoys sharing his knowledge of fantasy sports with new and experienced players alike. Career Highlights: First-Overall Ranking; 14x FanDuel $100k winner, 11x DraftKings Hundred-Thousandaire; 20x Live Final qualifier.
Awesemo is also targeting another running back who projects for big-time daily fantasy numbers in Week 8 because of a great matchup and a high usage rate. Could he get up past 30 points on DraftKings and FanDuel? Rostering this player in your daily fantasy lineups might be the key to success heading into Week 8.
The Browns defense is allowing the third-most rushing yards per game (154) and have given up some major production on the ground over its past three contests. Chris Carson racked up 124 yards on 24 carries with a score; Tevin Coleman and Matt Breida combined for 211 yards and two scores on 27 carries; and the Ravens piled up 137 yards on the ground between Mark Ingram and Lamar Jackson’s 21 rushes.Week 7 saw Melvin Gordon out-touch Austin Ekeler 18 to eight in underwhelming rushing performances by both backs. Gordon caught and scored his first touchdown in three games against the Titans, but he is averaging just 2.3 yards per carry thus far. His share of touches is the most important factor moving forward.Melvin Gordon, Chargers @ Bears (DK: $5,400 | FD: $6,400)Matthew Stafford, Lions vs. Giants (DK: $6,100 | FD: $7,700)
Arizona has allowed big games from T.J. Hockenson (six catches, 131 yards, TD), Mark Andrews (eight catches, 112 yards, TD), Greg Olsen (six catches, 75 yards, two touchdowns), Will Dissly (seven catches, 57 yards, TD), and Austin Hooper (eight catches, 117 yards, TD). For the season, the Cardinals have allowed at least one TE touchdown in every game but one. Are you convinced? If Cook can't go, backup Josh Hill, who scored last week, would also be in play.Cook was forced to sit out New Orleans' last game with an ankle sprain. We hope that won’t be the case this week, as Drew Brees is aching to play and the Cardinals have allowed some massive performances to tight ends this season. The Browns simply can’t stop the run, and Michel frequently logs 20 carries against bottom-dwelling rush defenses. Rex Burkhead also missed last week with a bad foot. If he misses again, Michel should be in line for around 20 carries again.
More QB Values: Sam Darnold (Jets @ Jaguars)The Lions quarterback has faced some challenging defenses to kick off the season. He has gone up against two top-10 secondaries (pass yards allowed per game) and three top-10 defenses (points allowed per game). Despite the difficult matchups, Stafford has averaged 291.8 passing yards per game and has a 13:3 TD:INT ratio over six contests.Stafford is fresh off a 364-yard performance against the Vikings where he tossed four touchdowns to Marvin Jones Jr. along with one INT. It made for his second 300-yard performance of the season, and with that he became the fastest NFL quarterback to reach 40,000 career passing yards.
Having an MVP-caliber quarterback could be more important than ever this year.I don’t think people underestimate Wilson, who was the No. 2 player in the NFL Top 100. Everyone knows he’s a special player, and the lone reason Seattle is in the position they are yearly. The Seattle Seahawks actually came close to capturing the division last year. Despite a so-so pass-defense, one of the NFL’s weakest pass-rushes and a litany of injuries, they almost pulled off a Week 17 upset over the 49ers that would have given them the division title. And while Jimmy Garoppolo and Jared Goff are good and Kyler Murray is ascending, Wilson is the gold standard under center in the NFC West.Five votes, and three of them of them went to Seattle.
Seattle’s defense got a sizable boost in recent days with the trade that brought All-Pro safety Jamal Adams to the Emerald City. But its hopes in 2020 rest where they have since 2012: with quarterback Russell Wilson.“If Wilson was playing in Kansas City, people would be calling him the best quarterback in the NFL, and if Mahomes was in Seattle, they would be saying, вЂGod, this guy is really good, but you wish they would give him a chance early in games,’” the coordinator said. The Seahawks almost won the division like the 49ers almost won the Super Bowl. It doesn’t work like that. You can’t use “ifs” in football just as people use “interceptable passes” or “almost” stats. What I’ve come to learn is that everything balances out.As Mike Sando wrote for The Athletic, at least one NFL offensive coordinator thinks Wilson is every bit the quarterback Patrick Mahomes is.
Before acquiring Jamal Adams, Seattle had the best player, but the 49ers probably had the next five or so players. Adams helped bridge the gap, but there is this thing called blocking and rushing the passer. One team has gotten better at both, while the other has gotten worse.Photo by Alika Jenner/Getty Images. It’s that time of year where analysts choose who will win the division. A year ago at this time, the hope for the San Francisco 49ers was to, at best, sneak into the playoffs at 9-7 as a wildcard. As we know, 2019 went a lot better than expected. Was that a fluke? Bleacher Report seems to believe so.What each analyst ignored is the adversity the Niners overcame last year. Injury luck is real in the NFL, and those teams that avoided the injury bug in the regular season tend to go on deep playoff runs. San Francisco did that, despite being banged up at some of the most critical positions. Being battle-tested should help this team that is still young, and you know they’ll be hungry with how the season ended.
What if Raiders hadn’t picked JaMarcus Russell in 2007 NFL draft? In the Bleacher Report’s redrafts, the Raiders took receiver Calvin Johnson in 2007 and receiver DeSean Jackson in 2008. In reality, Johnson was the No. 2 pick by Detroit and Jackson was taken in the second round by the Eagles. Those were vital drafts for the Raiders because they had the No. 1 overall pick in 2007 and the No. 4 pick in 2008. Of course, in hindsight they had mixed results. In 2007, the Raiders notoriously picked quarterback JaMarcus Russell with the No. 1 pick, which will go down as one of the worst all-time NFL draft picks. Russell played parts of just three NFL seasons, all with the Raiders . and he was awful.
The Raiders didn’t do nearly as bad with the No. 4 overall pick in 2008. They selected running back Darren McFadden out of Arkansas. He was a solid player, but was not a consistent star. Still, McFadden played seven seasons with the Raiders and parts of three more seasons with the Dallas Cowboys. Ultimately, he had a solid career.Bleacher Report is in re-draft mode and they have recently tackled the task of redrafting the first round of the 2007 and 2008 NFL drafts. The Raiders thought about taking Johnson, but went for a quarterback instead. No team would have taken Jackson over McFadden at the time, so you really can’t harp on that one. But, yes, Mr. Johnson would have been a nice Raider.

FAQ's About Online Sportsbooks and Betting Sites.
Sportsbooks offer various incentives for you to open an account with them. This means that you will be exposed to many different bonus offers in different shapes and sizes that make you end up asking yourself which sportsbook provides real value? With our rating practices we take into consideration the bonuses and the terms & conditions and playthrough requirements, what kind of betting options there are, if live betting is offered, whether the odds are favorable and not generic, is there a variety in payment options, are there any unresolved issues with existing customers, and how helpful is their customer support.
Are online sportsbooks legal in all countries?
Each country has its own legal restrictions for online sports betting. For example, USA has restrictions for online sports betting transactions. On the other hand online sports betting is fully legal in the UK. But today more and more countries make attempts to regulate sports betting e.g. they bring regulations that impose separate licenses for operating on their territories or ban online betting overall. When you develop an interest in sports betting, make sure to check all the legal issues in your country before engaging into betting. If online betting sites are not allowed to operate in your country, then you won't be able to make transactions and fund your betting account, thus betting would be futile.
What sports can I bet on?
Usually sportsbooks tend to offer a wide variety of sports for players. This variety includes all major sports popular today, such as soccer (football), basketball, ice hockey, rugby, American football, baseball, handball, volleyball, cricket, futsal. virtually any popular team sport along with individual sports like tennis, golf, horse racing, motor racing, boxing, snooker etc. When massive annual competitions happen, like the FIFA World Cup or the Olympics, sportsbooks tend to offer special betting lines and promos. Most of the bigger and more popular sportsooks even offer separate racebook pages where you can bet exclusively on horse racing.
Is it safe to bet on sports online?
The increasing popularity of online betting has spawned hundreds of online sportsbooks. It's not easy to find the relevant sportsbook in this downpour of sportsbooks and it can be difficult to make a distinction between the good ones and the bad ones. Most of the people are worried about the safety and security of the sportsbooks they bet at. Website security is important for the business of sportsbooks and that is why they tend to take all the required security measures to ensure the safety of player's personal details. Nevertheless, you should be careful where to bet, and you will have to find a trustworthy sportsbook that won't scam you. You can do that by searching the internet for any clues regarding that. You need to make sure that your money is safe. Check the website and check the terms and conditions before you start betting.
Betting is safe if you bet at any of the top online sportsbooks that we present. There is infinite number of scams, so stick to our choice or you stand a good chance to get burnt. Those scamming sites may steal your personal and financial data or they may never let you make a payout. there are billion ways how you can get cheated.
How do I choose the right online sportsbook?
A sportsbook needs to be financially stable and willing to pay your winnings. Top sportsbooks don't make ridiculous excuses about payments. Look for their track record and reputation among players. Next, you want to make sure the sportsbook is operating from a jurisdiction where online betting is legal and where the government regulates and strictly supervises the activities.
Other aspects you need to be aware of are the variety of payment options, how helpful is the customer support according to feedback by other players, how convenient is the website for use, the range of sports and bet types (is the sportsbook offering your preferred sports and bet types), how favorable are the odds compared to other sportsbooks, what are its limits and how big bets you can place. And see if it has confusing and vague terms and conditions for its bonuses. Essentially, it is all about researching. If you've done your homework on where to bet, then you should have no worries.

Moritz Wagner (PF – WAS) – 30% owned I’ve been a fan of Wagner’s since the Lakers drafted him in 2018. He’s a big man who can shoot from beyond the arc, runs the floor well, and can roll or pop-off pick action. Two games ago against Minnesota, Wagner displayed the complete arsenal on his way to a 30-point, 15 rebound game. In 25 minutes! Which brings me to the sad part of this blurb. Wagner is only averaging around 20 minutes per game, and the prospects for more are dim, as Rui Hachimura and Thomas Bryant look to be entrenched at both power forward and center while Davis Bertans is getting a ton of minutes as well.Ownership percentages are from the Yahoo database and only those players owned in fewer than 50% of leagues will be highlighted. For example, when a position is going against them, many people will look to buy or sell more, when the right thing to do is liquidate and reassess the situation. On the flip side, when a position is making money, many investors look for the first chance to sell and lock in money, when that is the optimal time to let things run. These are generalizations of course, but you get the basic gist. The Efficient Market Hypothesis posits that stocks always trade at fair value because all the information has been disseminated and analyzed accurately. I am not an advocate of EMH. First, even though most of the information is available, not every investor seeks out or even sees said information. Secondly, every person views the world from different prisms. As a result, a piece of information could mean two totally different things to two investors. Finally, EMH does not factor in human emotion. People do irrational things when emotion is entered into the fray.Davis Bertans (PF/C – WAS) – 43% owned Speaking of Bertans, he’s a top 100 player on the season, primarily due to his contributions in three-pointers. He’s averaging three per game, which is good for 10th in all of basketball. Not bad. The field goal percentage isn’t great though (43%) and there won’t be contributions in much else, but he will grab some rebounds. He grabbed eight in his last game and pulled down 10 against Boston three games ago.
Donte DiVincenzo (SG – MIL) – 7% owned With Khris Middleton out for 3-4 weeks, DiVincenzo has replaced him in the starting lineup. He’s only averaging 25.6 minutes, as Sterling Brown is also receiving playing time, but DiVincenzo has been a top 50 player in three games as a starter. He’s averaged 11 points, 1.7 three-pointers, 4.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 2 steals. The Bucks play at the fastest pace in the league and with Giannis Antetokounmpo as the centerpiece of the offense, DiVincenzo should get plenty of open looks.Fantasy basketball is not too different from investing in the stock market. Each owner looks at the puzzle from a unique perspective and values players differently. In addition, all the information is out there. Some put in more work than others while others are able to filter what is most important.Danuel House Jr. should see his ownership skyrocket now that he is back from injury and performing well.Danuel House Jr. (SG/SF – HOU) – 46% owned House missed three games due to a back issue, but is now back and played 34 minutes in the last game. Prior to the injury, House was averaging 31.2 minutes 12.9 points, 2.8 three-pointers, 5.3 rebounds, 0.8 assists, 1.2 steals, and 1.1 blocks. That is lovely across-the-board production. The Rockets play at the second-fastest pace in the league, so there will be plenty of opportunities to accrue fantasy goodies. Also, playing alongside Russell Westbrook and James Harden will produce plenty of open looks. I’m surprised he’s owned in fewer than 50% of Yahoo leagues, but that was probably a byproduct of the injury. I’d expect his ownership to skyrocket if it hasn’t already.
Finally, emotion is prevalent in fantasy sports as well. We all go on tilt, whether it be a player starting slow or playing out of their minds. As a result, there are always edges and inefficiencies that can be mined. Hopefully, this weekly waiver wire piece will assist you in those endeavors. With that said, injuries do happen (this year has been particularly insane so far), and Wagner is still producing top 75 numbers for fantasy even with the limited playing time. He provides points, three-pointers, rebounds, and a block here and there. The free throw shooting is good at 80%. The 63% shooting from the field is unsustainable, though.Terrence Ross (SG/SF – ORL) – 43% owned Ross was hobbled with a knee issue, which likely affected his play early on. He looks healthy now and is performing more to what we expected. The shooting efficiency will never be great, but he’s improved to 43% from the wretched 35% mark he was posting. As a result, he’s been averaging 16 points over the last three games and will provide three-pointers and steals.Damian Jones (C – ATL) – 3% owned Need a big man? Jones could be your guy, as he’s started the last four games for the Hawks. He’s only averaged 22 minutes, though, but has been providing excellent field goal percentage, some rebounds, steals, and blocks. His shelf life likely expires when John Collins returns though.

For PPR players, Thompson's numbers seemed to indicate that a big year could be on the horizon. One thing to know: New Jaguars quarterback Nick Foles was knocked out of his very first game in Jacksonville with a shoulder injury just after throwing a brilliant touchdown pass to DJ Chark. One thing to know: "Hollywood" Brown looked like a star on Sunday. While he caught just four balls, two were deep beauties from Lamar Jackson that he took in to score with ease.

This pairing of defenders would certainly give the Dolphins one of the more fearsome defensive units in the league. Between the arrivals of Byron Jones and Kyle Van Noy, Miami’s existing nucleus of Christian Wilkins, Xavien Howard and Jerome Baker and these two starring defenders, the Dolphins would be well served to greet any and all comers with resistance. Such an approach to the 1st-round of the 2021 NFL Draft brings into question whether or not the Dolphins retained LB Raekwon McMillan and DT Davon Godchaux in free agency next offseason — but at the very least both players figure to be upgrades and would be cheaper for the Dolphins in the short-term.But as it relates to the 2021 NFL Draft, the Dolphins are (already) widely expected to invest their assets into the skill players. The team just acquired quarterback Tua Tagovailoa via the No. 5 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft and their objective now is to surround him with as potent a supporting cast as possible.No. 6 overall — LB Micah Parsons, Penn State.No. 10 overall — DT Marvin Wilson, Florida State. But the latest “way too early” mock draft projection for the Miami Dolphins and the 2021 NFL Draft skips out on the early picks at wide receiver and running back. As a matter of fact, it skips out on the offense all together.
Brent Sobleski of Bleacher Report has penned a 2021 NFL mock draft and, courtesy of the current betting odds, the Dolphins landed two top-10 overall picks (thanks in part to the Laremy Tunsil trade). And with those two picks, Sobleski pegged the Dolphins two primetime defenders:The Miami Dolphins are a team that, despite their expansive rebuilding efforts throughout the 2020 offseason, face plenty of flexibility with how they choose to attack their roster from here. Because the Dolphins are a team that gravitate towards diverse players with the ability to fill multiple roles, the team will be faced with shuffling the deck as needed if opportunities to bring in blue chip talent at any position comes their way. That includes the offensive line, where the Dolphins drafted three players in the first four rounds of the 2020 NFL Draft — thanks to Robert Hunt’s ability to play both guard and tackle. It also includes the secondary, where the Dolphins’ starting safeties both boast experience playing cornerback. That’s what is most exciting about the Dolphins at this juncture — they can let the talent come to them and shouldn’t feel boxed into picking any particular position or player based on need.
Gregory Rousseau, Miami Dolphins, 2021 NFL Draft (Photo by Mark Brown/Getty Images)It’s never too early to look at the 2021 NFL Draft, especially if you’re the Miami Dolphins. It’s no secret that the Dolphins are heavily invested in their future. In the past year, the team has shipped off multiple players in exchange for draft picks. A part of those hauls will directly influence Miami’s 2021 NFL Draft as well as they received extra first- and second-round picks from the Houston Texans.
Straight: This is the simplest format: pick a team to win, whoever you think is more likely to come out on top.Spread: Before each NFL game begins we will assign it a point spread which helps to even the playing field and make the matchups more competitive. For instance, if the Seahawks are an 8.5 point favorite and they're winning by 10 late in the 4th quarter the game might be over but the spread still hangs in the balance - and so does your pick. The question is, can you beat the Vegas handicappers? Thanks for your interest in Pigskin Pick'em . This year's game has ended. Please check out the latest ESPN fantasy games on the Fantasy Game Front Page. The NFL is back and you're ready to dive into another season of ESPN Fantasy Football, cheat sheets out and sure to prove your drafting skills are on point! But what about your TEAM-BASED knowledge? This is the place to prove you can pick winners. Here's a breakdown of the three formats:
We're offering a $100 weekly prize in every format throughout the season, and since you're eligible to play in all three you're never out of the running for great prizes.Tell your friends and start a group today (or if you're me, message them and fake an exorbitant amount of confidence, without any grounding in reality, that the league trophy will be returning to my mantle in '19). Good luck and have fun!Confidence: In this format your picks are ranked based on how confident you are that each of your selections will win. The higher the confidence number you assign to a pick the more points you'll receive if that team prevails. This means that a good week is no longer dictated strictly by the number of correct picks you make. A successful week with this format may offer the biggest reward in validating your skill, savvy and overall football knowledge. The objective of this game is simple: select the winner of each NFL game throughout the 17-week season by picking either straight-up, against the point spread, or by confidence ranking your straight-up picks. The most correct picks over the course of the season in each format (spread, straight-up and confidence) wins a $2000 Amazon Gift Card!
And if you're looking for more help in making your picks, we've got all sorts of tools at your disposal:

LATEST FOOTBALL SCORES - ENGLISH LIVE SCORES & RESULTS.
If you have bet on a match then you certainly want to witness how your chances are doing during the 90 minutes. Is your team leading? Do they have to play catch up to turn your bet into a winner? Are you completely satisfied with the current draw?
There can be situations where you are stuck without TV and are relying on online information (maybe you are still in the office?). Thankfully, on the Internet, there are a number of super possibilities to follow current matches online, and in order to offer you really good coverage, we have established a fantastic live scores service ourselves.
Live Scores – What are the latest results in football.
click on the score to see goalscorers, bookings, line-ups, etc. click on h2h for information about the match (statistics, …)
live scores sites.
In our live scores service you can always find the latest football scores as well as goal scorers, yellow cards, red cards, substitutions and also line-ups. Our live line-ups service currently covers the following football leagues: England (Premier League, Championship), Spain (Primera Division), Italy (Serie A), Germany (Bundesliga), France (Ligue 1), Champions League, Europa League, Russia (Premier League), Holland (Eredivisie), Belgium (Jupiler League), Scotland (Premier League), Greece (Super Liga), Austria (Bundesliga), Switzerland (Super League), Norway (Tippeligaen), Sweden (Allsvenskan), Denmark (SAS Liga), Finland (Veikkausliiga), Ukraine (Premier League). The scores are available for many more – certainly all UK leagues (Premier League, Championship, League One, League Two, Vanarama Conference and lower, all scottish leagues, Wales, Northern Ireland), Irish Premier Division, and generally all football leagues of a certain importance in the world.
There is nothing more frustrating for a punter than to know your match is on and not have access to the live scores. Unfortunately, the demands of work and family life make it impossible to follow every match. Tournaments can be even more frustrating, as it is almost a dead certainty that you’ll be away from the television at least one of the days of play.
Fortunately, there are many fine websites (including this one) that offer live football scores . These websites are able to provide live premiership scores and regular football live scores to punters because they know the traffic from curious players will keep them popular. Many of the big bookmakers also offer live score updates to punters as part of their services.
In addition to the online access to the latest football live scores, some bookmakers even offer a text service to send live soccer scores and player updates straight to your mobile. It’s the latest thing and not everyone offers it at present, but what could be more soothing to a nervous punter than the knowledge that the score will be sent right to them the second that it changes? It’s the kind of thing that can make a long workday during championship season bearable.
Thus, even if you can’t live the ideal life and get all the live score updates by watching the game yourself, there is no need to be cut off from the action. Live sports and the latest football scores are just a mouse click or an SMS away . Just find the service that best meets your needs, and you are well on your way to being in the know all the time.
While online bookmakers also provide live scores as part of their services, there are some great websites out there, through which you can track all of your live scores, not just from soccer, but from your other most popular sports too.

Josh Allen will have an opportunity to rack up points against the Cincinnati Bengals' questionable defense in Week 3—a unit that allowed 572 total yards to the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.Robinson finished with 172 receiving yards to go along with his two scores. Because of his gaudy stat line, plenty of managers will take a chance at acquiring him off the waiver wire this week.Allen has recorded 250-plus yards with a rushing touchdown in consecutive outings to start the year. If you're looking to replace Ben Roethlisberger or Drew Brees, pick up the Bills signal-caller. He can salvage subpar passing production with some points as a ball-carrier.Singletary went down with a hamstring injury toward the end of Sunday's game. Head coach Sean McDermott may have clarity on the running back's ailment in the near future.
Carlos Hyde isn't a flashy pickup, but he's trending in the right direction in terms of rush attempts. The sixth-year veteran recorded 20 carries for 90 yards against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. Fellow tailback Duke Johnson Jr. only registered six totes for 31 yards, which included a 19-yard run.Free-Agent Acquisition Budget (FAAB): $10.FAAB: $10.
Unlike Samuel, barring injury, DK Metcalf doesn't have a strong shot at becoming the No. 1 wide receiver in an offense this year. Tyler Lockett would have to miss time to create more opportunities for the rookie out of Ole Miss."I love it because it's downhill," Hyde said. "I get to get my shoulders square and go forward and that's part of my game because I am a big back and when I get my shoulders squared up and get downhill and it's a lot easier to break tackles that way."
Darwin Thompson, RB, KC -- Both Damien Williams (knee) and LeSean McCoy (ankle) are banged up heading into Week 3, perhaps giving Thompson truthers a glimmer of hope. He's worth stashing if you have a bench spot to burn.Last week was filled with injuries and players under-performing, so I'll spare you the intro and get straight to the top waiver wire targets and streaming plays for Week 3:J.J. Arcega-Whiteside, WR, PHI -- Alshon Jeffery (calf) and DeSean Jackson (hamstring) are both banged up ahead of the Eagles Week 3 game against the Lions. Arcega-Whiteside was in on 74-of-80 snaps without Jeffery/Jackson on Sunday Night Football, and even though Arcega-Whiteside caught just one of his 4 targets for four yards against Atlanta, but that full-time usage will turn into production quickly if Jackson or Jeffery can't suit up against Detroit.Frank Gore, RB, BUF -- What is dead may never die. Devin Singletary is day-to-day with a hamstring pull, perhaps locking Gore into a large Week 3 workload against a Bengals defense that just gave up over 300 yards from scrimmage to 49ers backs. Singletary is too talented to keep off of the field long-term, but it's clear the Bills want Gore involved on early-downs to start the season.Randall Cobb and Devin Smith, WRs, DAL -- Michael Gallup (knee) is out multiple weeks after undergoing arthroscopic surgery on Monday. Both Cobb and Smith are Week 3 adds with the open opportunity in place of Gallup, especially with two great matchups up next on the docket (vs. MIA and at NO). I'd prioritize Cobb over Smith in PPR leagues, but Smith is more than worth a few FAAB dollars because of his deep speed. Smith spent the last two years out of football after multiple ACL tears, but he still has the wheels that made him an early second round pick in the 2015 NFL Draft. Smith's top speed of 20.1 MPH on his 51-yard TD was one of the 15 fastest recorded speeds of Week 2, per Next Gen Stats.
Fantasy Managing Editor. With 5/125/1 and 5/62/1 receiving lines in Weeks 1-2, Terry McLaurin couldn't have started the season any better. McLaurin's output isn't just rookie luck, either. McLaurin has run a pass route on 91 percent of Case Keenum's dropbacks so far while Keenan Allen (54 percent) is the only other receiver in the NFL to see at least half of their team's air yards through two games. Go get McLaurin where ever you can. Demarcus Robinson (6/172/2) and Mecole Hardman (4/61/1) both went off in Week 2 against the Raiders, and Hardman could have had an even bigger day had his 74-yard bomb touchdown not been called back due to penalty. Robinson played more snaps than Hardman last week, but both will serve as WR3 plays with huge spiked week potential for as long as Tyreek Hill (shoulder) is out. Raheem Mostert (47 percent) surprisingly out-snapped Matt Breida (29 percent) in Week 2, but both backs played extremely well in Cincinnati. Mostert totaled 151 scrimmage yards on his 16 touches while Breida racked up 132 total yards on 13 touches. Kyle Shanahan will continue to rotate his backs with Tevin Coleman (ankle) sidelined, but both Breida and Mostert are on the low-end RB2 radar with an upcoming home draw against the Steelers. I misdiagnosed the Texans backfield after Houston traded for Carlos Hyde late in the preseason. While Duke Johnson is extremely talented, it's clear HC Bill O'Brien does not view him as a featured back. Through two games, Hyde has handled two-thirds of the RB carries and while Johnson has the passing down work on lock, Duke's weekly performance may be tough to predict with Hyde dominating the rushing work for now. The Texans led for the majority of the game against the Jaguars in Week 2, and Hyde sharply out-snapped Johnson (61 percent to 39 percent).Jeff Wilson, RB, SF -- Wilson earned most of his Week 2 fantasy points in clean-up duty as Matt Breida and Raheem Mostert handled the majority of the 49ers carries when the game against the Bengals was still somewhat competitive. Still, Wilson is just one more 49er injury away from joining the weekly fantasy radar.Deebo Samuel, WR, SF -- San Francisco's receiver room is still in flux, especially since we had a Dante Pettis sighting in Week 2. Pettis played 35 snaps in Week 2 after literally playing just 2 snaps in the season debut. Still, Samuel has breakout appeal even though the 49ers have begun the season spreading out targets. Samuel has turned his 10 passing looks into 8/104/1 so far and is on the WR4 radar in Week 3 against a Steelers secondary that has given up production to a slew of receivers to begin the year (Lockett - 10/79; Metcalf - 3/61/1; Edelman - 6/83; Dorsett - 4/95/2; Gordon - 3/73/1).
Make sure they're not available! John Brown, WR, BUF; John Ross, WR, CIN; D.K. Metcalf, WR, SEA; Malcolm Brown, RB, LAR; D.J. Chark, WR, JAX; James Washington, WR, PIT.Jaylen Samuels, RB, PIT -- James Conner (knee) is apparently "fine" for Week 3, but his minor injury is just a reminder that Samuels is one of the only clear handcuffs in fantasy football. After Conner left the game against the Seahawks, Samuels handled 24-of-25 RB snaps. Benny Snell played one snap (per PFF).Other targets: Will Dissly, TE, SEA; Preston Williams, WR, MIA; Parris Campbell and Deon Cain, WR, IND.

A Kenyan punter who won a $2m (ВЈ1.6m) jackpot after correctly predicting the outcome of 17 football matches doubts he will ever bet again.
Samuel Abisai, 28, won the jackpot after placing about $2 on two separate picks, betting firm SportPesa says.
Mr Abisai plans to give some of his winnings back to society, including supporting his local football team in the western region of Kakamega.
The payout is reportedly one of the biggest ever paid in Kenya.
The average salary of a civil servant in Kenya is about $150 per month.
Kenyans' love of gambling: Alastair Leithead, BBC News, Nairobi.
Kenyans are the biggest gamblers in sub-Saharan Africa. Three-quarters of 17-to-35 year olds in Kenya admit to having placed a bet, according to a recent survey.
Gambling on phone apps is easy, so many Kenyans regularly make payments through their mobile phones.
The government is worried - and has just slapped a 50% tax on bookmakers, lottery companies and sports betting sites.
Mr Abisai is, however, not affected as the taxation comes into effect next year.
"I think I am not going to bet again," Mr Abisai told journalists in Nairobi.
The company's boss Ronald Karauri led a convoy, including a stretch limousine, to pick up Mr Abisai from his home in the small town of Thika 45km (27 miles) north-east of the capital, Nairobi.
It had to navigate a large pothole just outside his home.

This sport comes from the clan of sports played using a racquet. It can be called a cousin of tennis or badminton, or even squash. Racquetball is a sport which is played using a racquet along with a hollow rubber ball. It is similar to squash, and seems like a descendant of tennis, but is a bit different. It can be played in an indoor as well as outdoor court. What makes it different from its other sporting cousins is that, there is absolutely no obstacle―there is no net. It is a great sport to burn those extra calories and keep fit and healthy. An interesting tip is to mix up your serves. You need not go for a power serve every time. A lob serve in between and a backhand serve can spring a surprise for your opponent. A great trick to decide what kind of serve can give your opponent is to observe his or her feet. That might give you a clue as to what your opponent is anticipating―a backhand perhaps. So if you can take a cue from that, serve to his forehand. The ideal movement of the wrist involves snapping forward on making contact with the ball. This will give you the requisite power in the game. More than the arm speed, the speed and velocity at which your wrist snaps will prove to be more effective in hitting the ball where you want. For returning a shot, stand in the center of the court and return the serve by striking the ball before it bounces for the second time. A fundamental norm to keep in mind here is that the ball should travel to the play wall so that it becomes a good return to a serve. The ball can hit any surface with the exception of the floor, as long as it hits the play wall before it bounces.
Here are some useful tips that will help you excel in the game of racquetball. Have a look.Rally is where you try to get even with your opponent. A player makes an attempt to earn points, or even win a serve by ending the rally. Observe how and where the other player is standing. For instance, if the opponent is in front of you, use a ceiling shot. If he is behind you, a pinch shot (front wall to side wall) will do the trick. Here are some useful tips that will help you excel in the game of racquetball. Have a look…
Use the height of the ball as a guide to your strategy while waiting for a return in the center court. Apply the ceiling shot if the ball is at the height of your shoulders or above. The passing shot is perfect if the ball is between thigh and shoulder height. The kill shot can deliver a killing punch if the return you get is lower than thigh height. A head-high shot is a big no-no into a kill shot. A basic thing to serve and return well is to keep your racquet perpendicular to the ground and ceiling. At the end, keeping your elbows close to the body. Snapping your wrist at the right time is the key to hitting good returns and services. In addition to this, a good presence of mind is all that you need to do well.
5. Establish and aim for a target on the front wall to increase consistency on every serve. If you start making a habit of any of the following tips, your racquetball game is guaranteed to improve!9. Hit down the line (DTL) passing shots as often as possible from center court position. These individual tips are more than just suggestions on how to play racquetball. Their effects are both cumulative and synergistic. For example, if you get in the habit of getting your racquet ready early, then it will be easier to hit those down the line shots or ceiling balls from the back court.3. Watch the ball at all times. This means watching your opponent hitting the ball.
The No. 1 most important racquetball tip is Early Racquet Preparation. You need to get your racquet up to at least shoulder height as soon as you start moving for the ball.7. Do not run directly at the ball. Keep to the side of the ball and at the distance of your swing circle.10. Warm-up for 10 minutes before every match by hitting the most common shots such as down-the-line passing shots and ceiling balls.8. During your forehand stroke, your racquet position should move from ear to ear to ensure a complete follow-through (pretend you are throwing your racquet at the front wall).
4. Play a ceiling ball if you are hitting a shot within 5 feet of the back wall.So incorporate these tips into your game and see immediate results.
